The purpose of this website:

The intent is to showcase my professional and personal talents to potential employers and give a glimpse into the future of “The next big leap in the elevator industry.”

Mission/Vision

I seek to harness the positive energy in every situation and try to inspire those around me to go the extra mile to achieve personal and team goals. I coordinate engineering and supply responsibilities of the identified projects and ensure supply tasks and shipments are on time, profitable, meet customer expectations and the expected levels of safety and quality. Confirm configuration and scope of work based on order/bid documents. Determine and communicate factory lead-times. Order acceptance reviews. Perform order compliance reviews. Coordinate manufacturing completion commitments in SAP. Interface with engineering, materials management, production, KTI and other units of KONE to obtain required information to perform daily tasks. Assist branch personnel with data abstracts for tendering purposes. Elevator order management, handling tasks using project management methodologies. Liaison between front line sales, project managers and ENA elevator supply unit. Review elevator mechanical layouts to verify building structures for new installation orders. Provide a conduit between branch and factory. Provide cost estimates for each branch for change orders, additional materials and tenders. Review of architectural elevator specifications, building drawings. Interface with suppliers. Coordinate layout/drawing submittal packages with front line. Integrate SAP into department; implement and schedule the training as required. I am proficient at SAP I use it on a day-to-day basis. Manage project change orders and additional materials. Manage projects from booking through handover to customer.
